Bring Escape Fake to life in your school or organisation. Our workshops train educators and teams in media literacy — as a half-day taster or as a full deep-dive programme.
Workshops can be booked with or without an Escape Fake Box or Plus License. Most participants get more out of the workshop with a box on the table or a license in their pocket, ask us when booking.

Workshops for educators
Designed for educational institutions, non-profits, journalism organizations, and others preparing educators to teach media literacy to students.

Educators’ workshops are available in two formats:
Taster
- 6 hours, choice of 1 out of 3 modules: Historic fakes, Disinformation basics, Digital means of producing disinformation
- Practical understanding of a specific media literacy topic
- Hands-on experience with the Escape Fake game
- Lesson plan ideas and follow-up activities
- Essentials Guide, posters and postcards (1 module only)
Deep Dive
- 16 hours, a total of 3 modules: Historic fakes, Disinformation basics, Digital means of producing disinformation
- A deep understanding of critical media literacy concepts (3 modules)
- Hands-on experience across all game missions
- Comprehensive lesson plans for classroom implementation
- Essentials Guide, posters and postcards (all modules)

Equip your teams with the skills needed to navigate the digital landscape responsibly. Using the engaging format of the Escape Fake game, these workshops foster critical thinking, enhance cybersecurity and privacy awareness, and promote ethical content creation in the workplace.

Deep Dive
- 16 hours
- A deep understanding of media literacy – 3 modules: Disinformation basics, Understanding algorithms, Ethical content creation
